Do note they they are pretty pricey, but most Japanese hobby games/software are pretty pricey in general. You can purchase the game legally from AirShop, various Japanese online retailers and physical electronic stores. Of course new versions include new liveries and airlines, new scenarios such as flight training, VIP aircraft, weather events, dreamlifter, birds, and runway closures. New features like better vectoring, area control, STAR/Approach assignment, altitude assignment/separation, better runway assignment etc. Haneda 2, Centrair and Naha are what I would consider a refreshed version of the older ATC4 modules. The newest module/game is ATC4 Naha, released December 12 2019. The ATC 3/4 games are developed by TechnoBrain.
